One is not born, but rather, becomes Comunicattive
[thanks, Simone de Beauvoir]

We are Comunicattive:
Samantha Cavicchi, Elisa Coco, Stefania Guidi, Lucia Jorini

Four partners, four women, with diverse and complementary training and professional experience. Our life paths crossed, and thanks to our shared goals and compatibility we decided to work together, setting out on a journey that has brought us to do this work – gendered communication – with passion.

In 2005 Comunicattive was founded as a women’s business, and since then we’ve continued to slowly expand our group of collaborators.

Over the years, we’ve developed significant partnerships in the retail, food and social media sectors.  Our overall vision of communication and event organization has allowed us to gain experience in many different sectors and industries, from start-ups to the public realm, from design to health and well-being.

Our point of view widens the horizon. Comunicattive is a gender-oriented company, dedicated to using a language that is attentive to the plurality of gender, and thus more inclusive.

Acknowledgements that made us happy

In 2015 the Foundation “N.H. Dottor Pietro Giacomo Rusconi”, in collaboration with Bologna Municipality, granted Comunicattive agency the Premio Rusconi — 85.000€ for the “Creative Industries” section — for standing out in the area with its excellent performances in terms of sales volume, number of people hired, export and investments in research and development.

On March 8th 2014 the campaign, conceived and developed by Comunicattive for the Fondazione del Monte di Bologna e Ravenna, received the “Targa di Rappresentanza” from the The President of the Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano.

In 2011 Comunicattive was acknowledged as an innovative experiment of women entrepreneurship in the Contest “Innovate Your Company With Information Technology” promoted within the initiative OPTA Opportunity by Technology Adoption by Regione Emilia Romagna and ASTER. The mention was appointed for the ability to understand the potentialities of web 2.0 and social media and to use them for the company purposes.

In 2005, at the moment of its founding, the company won the Progettando Grant from the Office of Productive Activities of the Province of Bologna to support the founding of new youth businesses.
